Our pricing is based on the total number of colours in your design, the style of garment, and the total quantity of prints.
If you’re on a tight budget, let us know! We are experts in our field and can suggest apparel choices and / or modifications to your artwork to optimize your budget.

How Long Does it Take?
Our standard turnaround time is currently 7 business days from the time that we have your final design and an approved quote. The term “standard turnaround” refers to orders which don’t include additional services on the order. Some of our services and printing methods will add to the standard turnaround time. If you have a specific deadline that you need to have met, please notify us when placing your order. Rush Fees may apply to orders needing a quicker turnaround time than what our standard turnaround time offers.
Do I Need to Supply My Own Artwork?
We can help you create a design if you require, but we typically work with artwork supplied by you, our client. We can also connect you with established local designers to bring your concepts to life. Take a look at our Art & Design Guidelines page for some more in-depth details.
Do I Have to Provide My Own T-Shirts?
No, we have garments available for your choosing from many brands at competitive wholesale pricing.
If you’d like to supply your own garments, please refer to the ‘Contract Order’ section of our Print Policies and Order Guidelines.
What's A "Set-Up" Fee?
Our $20 Set-Up Fee accommodates the cost of creating the screen and stencil that we use to transfer the image to your garment. We only charge this fee once per design, per colour/screen. Remember, orders of more than 25 pieces per design are exempt from all Set Up Fees!
I Just Received My Order, But I Want to Order More Sizes, Is that Possible?
Yes, of course. Please remember that if the new order does not meet the 25 piece minimum that it will be charged our Set Up Fee.
Can I Print Over Pockets, Seams, or Zippers?
Yes we do.
Will You Ship My Order?
Yes! We ship anywhere in Canada. Freight Costs (via Canada Post) will be added to your invoice when shipping is required.
What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
We prefer Interac Email Transfers. We also accept credit cards via Paypal, cash, cheque, and money orders.
